You may be eligible for a replacement passport if your existing passport has at least two years validity remaining and the passport has full visa pages. The replacement passport will be valid only until the expiry date on your current passport.

Adult Full Passport Application - 1st Adult Passport, Expired >3 Years Ago, Change of Name (Marriage, Divorce, and Other Reasons), and Concurrent Passport
a) who are applying for their first Australian passport;

The Australian Embassy Abu Dhabi is open to the public from 8:30am to 4:00pm, Sunday to Thursday. Visitors will need to present a photo ID in exchange for a visitor's pass in order to enter the Embassy. Your ID will be returned to you when you return the visitor's pass.
